Programme Content: ETCAL Business Improvement Techniques (NVQ) Level 2
Programme Duration: 13 days, over a 10 week period, but can be adapted to suit employer needs
Delivery Model: Days 1-4 - Delivery of theory in a classroom environment
Days 5-13 - Selection of live projects and practical assessments carried out in combination of classroom and factory floor environments.
