FacilitiesFitness Suite and Fitness Testing Laboratory
SRC have fully equipped fitness suites at a number of campuses. These include a variety of cardiovascular and resistance machines and have proven to be a tremendous asset to both sports students and staff alike.
The provision of a Fitness Testing Laboratory has ensured that the College takes the lead in Sports Science across the Further and Higher Education sector. This facility will further enhance the excellent teaching resources for sport already available at the College and will play an integral part in providing appropriate methods of fitness assessments for various sporting organisations in the area.
