The students collected a range of coats from children to adults.

This appeal launched by Daybreak encouraged viewers to Donate A Coat to help spread the warmth to those who are less fortunate through the winter months. This activity also helped the students to rediscover their community spirit, without the financial burden. Graham Woods from the Salvation Army came in to the college on Monday 12th December 2011 to collect the coats and to deliver them to many Salvation Army drop off centers, which will then be distributed to families, elderly and others in need.
