Lurgan is a town in County Armagh, situated in the Craigavon Borough Council area, to the south of Lough Neagh. Lurgan is about 18 miles (29 km) south-west of Belfast and is linked to the city by both the M1 motorway and the Dublin–Belfast railway line.[2] It had a population of about 23,000 at the 2001 Census. The campus is situated on Kitchen Hill in the centre of town.

Lurgan campus has quite a substantial cohort of full time students so it is a busy campus for most of the year. This campus also hosts the 'End of Year' Art and Design show in May/June each year, where a range of the students art and design work goes on display to the public. Lurgan also holds excellent sports facilities including a new fitness suite.
