Who we are
Student Activities at Southern Regional College exists to enhance and support the student experience. Student Activities are supported by the Student Activities Coordinator and five Interns.
Catherine Shipman is the Student Activities Coordinator based on the Armagh Campus. Her role includes:
• Providing health information, advice, and support to students on a range of issues.
• Delivering health tutorials in your class.
• Developing student activities such as Fresher's Week and the Student Formal.
• Supporting the development of student clubs and societies.
• Developing the Student Union.
• Coordinating enterprise activities with the Interns across the sites
• Developing a range of new activities to enhance your student experience.
• Facilitating the Student Council through Class Reps and focus groups.

Student Activities and Enterprise Interns are based across five sites and their role includes:
• Developing entrepreneurial skills
• Teamwork.
• Teambuilding
• Delivering workshops to your class
• Running activities on your campuses
• Health promotion
• Class Rep Liaison
• Working with students to develop new activities
