OVERVIEW

This course covers the basic principles of food hygiene for caterers and other food handlers to ensure you are preparing or serving food which is safe to eat in line with Environmental Health and legislative guidelines.

The course will ensure you are preparing or serving food which is perfectly safe to eat in line with Environmental Health and legislative guidelines.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no formal entry requirements. If you are working in an environment where food is prepared, cooked and handled then this course is for you.

8 Hours

PROGRESSION

Candidates can progress on to Level 3 Food Safety.
