Yoga is designed to promote health and wellbeing through physical movement. Many common ailments can be improved with regular practice of Yoga. It is never too late or too early in life to take up Yoga.
This course will introduce you to basic yoga exercises, which are aimed at improving muscle tone, flexibility and co-ordination. You will also learn relaxation and breathing techniques, which help calm the mind and body and bring about a sense of inner peace.
You will also be encouraged to develop your own home practice, using the exercises and postures you learn in the class.
You should have an interest in this subject area.
