OVERVIEW

Fancy something sweet! From new twists, to old favourites and classics. Come along and learn how to make mouth watering delicious pastries and puddings to complete your dining experience. This course will develop your skills, techniques and recipe knowledge in making sweet pastry delights as well as traditional hot and cold puddings. 

Each week you will be given a list of ingredients to bring to class the following week.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

No entry requirements.

1 evening per week for 5 weeks
