Service Level Agreement

The Service Level Agreement represents an agreement between the Southern Regional College and its partner Schools.

It details the services provided for the School Partnerships' Programme and defines the roles and responsibilities within the School and the SRC, the curriculum parameters and the funding arrangements. Put simply it sets out what each individual signatory to the Service Level Agreement provides, the charge for the service and the standards of performance schools can expect to receive.
