*Stay Well This Winter*

This year we face the double threat of COVID-19 and influenza. This is already a difficult time for everyone and we urge those who should get the flu vaccine to please do so.

Each year the flu vaccine protects against the most common strains of flu. Currently there is no vaccine against COVID-19, therefore it is more important than ever that those most vulnerable protect themselves by getting the flu vaccine (if you are pregnant; suffer from a medical condition; or are aged 65 or over).

Contact your GP surgery to find out about the arrangements for flu vaccination in your practice.

More information about who should get the vaccine can also be found at www.nidirect.gov.uk/stay-well
