How do I access the service?

SRC provide a counselling service through Inspire Students. This is available for all Southern Regional College students via the 24/7 telephone service as well as face-to-face counselling support.  If you need to speak to a counsellor in confidence, call Inspire Students on 0800 389 5362 or email workandstudy@inspirewellbeing.org

New Onsite drop in Counselling service:

Student Services have arranged a new pilot drop-in counselling service for students in Newry, Killylea Rd and Lisanally campuses.   The ‘Drop in’ service is available on each campus as follows:

Newry Campus:

Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm in the Learning Resource Centre Study Room 1.

Armagh Killylea Rd Campus:

 Monday from 11am to 2pm in the Boardroom.

Lisanally Campus: 

Monday from 11am to 2pm in ALS007 - situated beside the main reception area. 

Counselling will be available on alternate Monday between Killylea and Lisanally, commenced with Killylea on Monday 13th November. During these sessions a counsellor will be available for students to speak to or help them if they are experiencing a crisis situation.
