Overview

Various industries in the creative sector, such as animation, film, architecture, art practice, design, and communication industries, have recognised the importance of improving drawing skills among job seekers.

Drawing is also widely used within a range of other professions that can benefit from the development of creative language skills and visual literacy, including sport, law, musicology, archaeology, medicine, science, mathematics, cartography, anthropology, music and performance.

By enrolling on this short course, individuals will be able to expand their creative abilities and broaden their horizons to explore new skills and practices within the field of art and design.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however it is important to have a passion for developing skills in art and design.

Drawing and Measurement
Drawing Materials and Methods

All units that make up the UAL Level 2 Award in Drawing are internally assessed and verified by qualified staff within a centre, and externally moderated by UAL awarding body.
