On Campus Counselling

Counselling is a safe place where you can talk with an independent and trained professional and begin to explore issues that are causing you difficulty. Counselling is about helping you to find the answers to improve your own mental wellbeing and keeping healthy as you progress through college and beyond.

Drop-in counselling sessions are offered at Armagh, Lurgan & Newry Campuses

If you need to speak directly with a counsellor about a concern you can drop into one of the sessions outlined below where a counsellor will be available on campus. If you are feeling distressed, anxious or have a concern you would like to discuss, please come and talk to a Lena Counsellor at this drop-in facility – there is no need to book an appointment.
