- You have not received a response to a ‘Subject Access Request’ within expected timeframes.

In line with the requirements of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, the College will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where possible, the College will always endeavour to provide an acknowledgement and a response to you at the earliest opportunity.
