Experience contemporary cuisine at the College's commercial training restaurant, which allow students to develop their hospitality and cookery skills in a realistic working environment. The Graduate Restaurant (Newry) offers great cuisine at fantastic prices to students, staff and the general public during term time. All dishes are freshly prepared and served by our students under the guidance of our industry-professional Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.
