Informal Complaints

If you wish to make an informal complaint regarding a recent experience with the College, please send an email to the Corporate Compliance Manager at feedback@src.ac.uk advising us of the pertinent details of the issue.

An informal complaint would be viewed as an issue which can be reasonably resolved in a quick and amicable manner through discussion or correspondence, without the necessity for a detailed formal investigation.

Wherever possible, the College would encourage our customers to utilise the informal complaints process in the first instance in order to resolve any issues which you may have experienced. If you have any queries regarding this process, please contact the Corporate Compliance Manager on 0300 123 1223 or 077 2520 0069.

  • There has been potential unlawful behaviour
  • There has been a potential violation of College policy
