This week SRC Media students welcomed their family and friends to their College campus for their End of Year Media Exhibition. These events were the culmination of the students' creative works over the past two years.
Each exhibition showcased a series of media projects including short films, promotional adverts, animation, websites, graphics and photography.
The students also kept charity in mind, hosting light refreshments and raffles to raise money for the British Heart foundation and the Appleby Trust in Armagh.
As well as each student showcasing their media work, they also explained the next step of their education to university courses and the Media HND at SRC. Some students have decided to take a year out to travel, while others outlined their world travel aspirations once their study plans are completed. It really was most inspirational to hear the well grounded and yet ambitious plans that these students are working out.
Prospective new media students hoping to join the Media Extended Diploma Level 3 in September 2022 were very encouraged and excited after seeing the calibre of the work presented and hearing the students’ plans for the future.
