With a background in economic development, Tracy joined SRC in 2006, heading up the Business Support team since 2014. Tracy holds a BA (Hons) in English from Queens University, Belfast as well as a Post Graduate Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. 

Tracy has managed a range of skills development and innovation programmes and has significant experience in project management and development of strong external engagement with both employers and other economic development stakeholders. Tracy sits on many steering groups and committees which drive the skills agenda in the southern region and is both responsible for, and committed to, ensuring that SRC plays its part in supporting local economic development and growth. Tracy is heavily involved in the Labour Market Partnerships with Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council and Newry, Mourne and Down District Council. She was also recently appointed to the Board of Directors at Newry Chamber of Commerce and Trade. 

Brenda leads the Innovation and Knowledge Transfer pillar of the Business & Economic Engagement Team. Brenda joined Business Support in SRC in 2013 as a Food Innovation Specialist and became Innovation & Technology Manager in 2022. Brenda has mentored hundreds of food and drink companies in all areas of research and development and new product development (NPD) through funded programmes. Brenda has over 18 years industry experience working as an NPD Manager in food manufacturing and has launched hundreds of new and improved products in both retail and food service within the chilled and frozen categories. In her current role, Brenda works with key stakeholders and businesses in ensuring they are matched with industry specialists across all sectors to support Innovation & Productivity. 

Brenda holds a BA (Hons) in Consumer Studies/Food Innovation with a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Ulster University and a Master’s in Business for Agri-Food & Innovation Management awarded by Queens University Belfast in conjunction with CAFRE. 

Sylvia leads the Skills Solutions for Industry pillar of the Business & Economic Engagement Team. 

Sylvia has joined SRC in 2006, and Business Support in 2015. She has years of experience working in training at the College in a variety of support and management roles. Her experience spans several programmes including, Jobskills, Training for Success, Skill Up - Flexible Skills Programme and Apprenticeships & Higher Level Apprenticeships.  Sylvia has a wealth of employer engagement experience, and understands the needs of micro businesses, SMEs and large companies.  Sylvia is very passionate about engaging with employers to develop bespoke training solutions and to provide upskilling and workforce development opportunities which meet the needs of industry. Sylvia has extensive experience in working with individuals as part of their learning journey, always supporting, signposting, and ensuring they are achieving the most from their training experience. 

Sinead Mc Kinley is the Head of the Programme Management Office at SRC, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic project leadership and organisational development. She joined SRC in 2007 following a decade in Operations Management, where she built a strong foundation in process improvement, team leadership, and operational delivery.

Sinead later transitioned into the External Engagement team as Programme Manager, successfully overseeing high impact initiatives including Employ Me and Step Up. Her work in this area strengthened partnerships, enhanced learner outcomes, and supported the college’s mission to drive economic and social progress.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner, combining academic insight with structured project management expertise.

In her current role, Sinead leads the Programme Management Office and is responsible for the governance, coordination, and delivery of strategic programmes and projects across the Business and Economic Engagement unit. She is committed to ensuring excellence, accountability, and cross team collaboration in all project activity.
