Overview
This is an English course for speakers of other languages (ESOL) to improve confidence and develop skills in communicating in social situations.
This ESOL recreational course is the very basic level of English language class for those for whom English is not their first language.
The language covered will include: greeting formally and informally; making small talk with family, friends, neighbours and casual acquaintances; talking about feelings and emotions; giving opinions; agreeing and disagreeing and responding to a variety of questions. It includes core outcomes around sharing personal information and basic numeracy.
