Overview
The Fitness Instructing Level 2 Certificate will equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to become competent and confident fitness instructors. This course provides a solid foundation in exercise science, fitness principles, and instructional techniques, empowering individuals to guide and motivate others in achieving their fitness goals.
Throughout the course, participants will explore key concepts related to fitness and exercise. They will gain a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology, and the principles of training. Participants will also learn about the importance of health and safety, customer service, and effective communication within a fitness setting.
This qualification provides the knowledge and skills to enable learners to plan, deliver and evaluate safe and effective sessions. It will provide entry onto the CIMSPA/REPs at Level 2.
This course is open to all, however it will be most valuable to those currently working in a gym or health club or currently a student, coach, teacher or simply seeking a career change.
