Overview
This is course is 90% funded by the Department for the Economy and 10% paid by the employer as part of the Skills Focus Programme. To qualify, your business or social enterprise must have less than 250 employees and you must be based in Northern Ireland and operate for profit.
The Supervising Food Safety and Hygiene Level 3 Award is designed for individuals who are responsible for supervising food safety and hygiene practices in the food industry. This course is ideal for supervisors, managers, and business owners in food establishments who want to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
