On Friday 28th August we hosted a workshop covering Innovation Through 3D Technology. The workshop was held on our Portadown campus and focused on 4 main topics: Solidworks, 3D Printing, 3D Scanning & Intellectual Property.
Over 30 businesses attended and attendees left with practical insights and strategies to drive innovation in their organisation.

James Donnelly (Lead Innovation and Technology Specialist Engineer, SRC), Ryan Mann (Innovation and Technology Specialist Engineer, SRC), Pearse McAnallen (Innovation Advisor, Technical Advisory Unit, Invest Northern Ireland), Ben Sweeney, Gareth Workman and Jamie Armstrong (Application Engineers, Solid Solutions) and Stephen Herron (Computing Design & Academic Studies) who brought over the new SRC humanoid robot which certainly caught the attention of attendees and added something a little different to the day.
