Members of the BEE team spent Friday 11th at the She Leads Cross Border Conference, exploring what leadership looks like in the AI era alongside business leaders from across the region.
An excellent panel shared their experiences of embracing technology and innovation in their own organisations, while discussing the growing role of AI in the workplace. One of the most valuable aspects of the day was the honest conversation around both the opportunities and concerns surrounding AI, including how it can be adopted responsibly and used to deliver real benefits while managing potential risks.
