Overview

This course is suitable for any functional manager or employee interested in understanding the basic Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning principles and wishes to harness these for implementation within their business. The field of AI is rapidly evolving, and new opportunities are continually emerging as organisations recognize the value of AI in their operations.

This course is 75% funded by the Department for the Economy and 25% paid by the employer as part of the Skills Focus Programme. To qualify, your business or social enterprise must have less than 250 employees and you must be based in Northern Ireland and operate for profit.

Prior computing knowledge would be an advantage.

The course provides a practical, hands-on approach in which learners will be able to see AI & Machine Learning in practice. Modules covered will include:

Understand Common AI Apps & Computer Vision
Understand Conversational AI
Evaluate Popular Machine Learning Algorithms

Students may wish to progress to a level 5 AI qualification/course course to deepen their knowledge and expand their skill set.
