From new twists, to old favourites and classics, this course is for those who fancy something sweet! Learn how to make mouth-watering delicious pastries and puddings to complete your dining experience.
This recreational course offers a hands-on experience in mastering the techniques and recipes for a wide range of delectable sweet treats, allowing participants to satisfy their sweet tooth and impress others with their baking skills. Throughout the course, participants will explore the secrets behind creating delicious pastries and puddings. They will learn about the various types of pastry dough, including shortcrust, puff, and choux, as well as the different methods of preparation. Participants will also discover the art of making custards, mousses, and sauces that complement and enhance the flavours of their desserts.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to class the following week.
