Overview
Reactional Cookery is a practical, beginner-friendly course designed to help participants feel confident in the kitchen without depending strictly on recipes. This course focuses on building core cooking skills and teaching learners how to adapt when ingredients change, something goes wrong, or they want to try something new.
Learners will learn how to understand basic cooking methods, recognise flavours, and make simple adjustments while cooking. The goal is to help learners feel comfortable making everyday meals using what they have available.
