The Good Morning Advice Clinic is a safe, welcoming space where students can access trusted mental health support and wellbeing services. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just need someone to talk to, our team is here to listen and help you find the right support.

By dropping into the Good Morning Advice Clinic, you can:
- Talk to Someone Who Cares – Our trained staff offer confidential, compassionate support.
- Get Help with Mental Health First Aid – Immediate guidance and signposting to professional services.
- Access Counselling – Through the Lena by Inspire Student Counselling Service.
- Find Out About the Health Hub – A central resource for student wellbeing.
- Explore Support for Young Carers – Tailored advice and assistance for those balancing care responsibilities.
