Tuesday 21st April, the Business & Economic Engagement Unit in Southern Regional College hosted an Innovation, Networking and Business Breakfast in its Graduate Restaurant to celebrate World Creativity and Innovation Day.
It was great to see so many businesses and stakeholders in attendance to discover ways that we can help them to unlock new growth, sharpen their competitive edge and tap into fresh opportunities through innovation.
The speaker line-up featured Seany McCleary of Blasta Kitchen, who shared his journey of building a business from the ground up.
Jack Murtagh from Grant Fit Out, highlighted how a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) played a key role in supporting their growth, helping them to access specialist expertise and develop innovative solutions to strengthen their business.
Meanwhile, Ruchira R Rangaprasad, from Fibre Up Drinks Company demonstrated how an Innovation Voucher contributed to their success, alongside Innovation Technology Specialist Lydia Reilly.
It was an excellent start to the day, marked by valuable connections, practical insights, great feedback and the discovery of new opportunities. Thanks so much to Connected NI for sponsoring the event.
