Still Therapy & Consulting, led by Tracy Wilson, officially launched the Listen, Love, Learn podcast at Southern Regional College’s Banbridge Campus on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Supported by ConnectedNI and the Department for the Economy’s InnovateUs Programme, the event celebrated the new podcast, which features powerful conversations on mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth.

The launch brought together community leaders, special guests, and supporters for a morning of engaging discussion and networking. Attendees heard from Tracy about the vision and purpose behind the show, emphasising the importance of real, meaningful conversations to support mental wellbeing, emotional resilience, and deeper human connection.

Guest speaker Erin Wilson spoke briefly about dyslexia and the pride she felt on the launch of the podcast. While Eamon Swail, founder of Sober Social Ltd, explained how the conversation with Tracy helped him reflect on his own journey. Attendees also listened to video reflections from podcast guests Grace Carson and Ruth McGinley.

The event featured addresses from SRC Principal and CEO Mrs Lee Campbell, Lord Mayor Alderman Stephen Moutray, and Tracy Rice, Head of Business Engagement at SRC and Colin Coffey from the Public Health Agency (PHA).

The Listen, Love, Learn podcast, now available on major platforms, highlights real-life stories of resilience and transformation, with recent episodes focusing on topics such as autism, mental health, overcoming adversity, and caring for others.
